How It Works

01 — Begin with Insight

Complete the intake form, a crucial first step, gathering vital information to craft a coaching program that truly resonates with you.

02 - 60-minute consultation

In this video call, we dive into your goals, training history, and lifestyle to uncover potential hurdles and plan an effective training schedule. This one-on-one time is all about understanding you.

03 — Perform your physical Assessment

You’ll perform various movements and tests to identify your current skill level and establish your baseline level of strength and endurance. As your training progresses, you and your coach will revisit your assessments, monitor your progress, and ensure that you are constantly moving forward.

04 — Start your Training

Using the information from your initial consultation and physical assessment your coach will build out your custom program incorporating exercise prescription, lifestyle and nutrition practices. At the end of each training session, you will update your training stats, review historic performance, and chat with your coach about your training. Your coach will use this data to guide your monthly consultations and refine the plan. 

05 — Check-Ins & Monthly Consultation

Stay connected and informed with regular workout feedback and direct messaging with your coach. Monthly consultations provide an opportunity to delve into your progress, evaluating lifestyle, nutrition, and training to further optimize your plan.
