I see the most success from building healthy habits around the other 23 hours in your day... OUTSIDE of the gym!   • Online coaching through CoachRx provides flexibility with a structured plan to meet your fitness and nutrition goals. Through an app, you'll have access to workouts, nutrition plans, and direct communication with me, ensuring you're fully supported, no matter where you are.

  • I do ask that clients have access to a basic gym. While this may not look like your typical functional fitness gym, some equipment is necessary to reap the benefits within this system. However, if you are traveling or training at home I will program for the minimal equipment you have access to.

Committing to Academy of Fitness is a commitment to yourself, the process, to long-term changes necessary to reach your full potential. By signing the agreement you are saying to that you understand this is not a 6-Week Fix and that you’re not expecting to become an overnight success. The coaching agreement is our mutual pledge towards achieving your long-term health and fitness aspirations.
